The EDC accepts applications from high potential entrepreneurs who value the networking, mentoring and access to essential resources the EDC can provide.  EDC accepts both residential and virtual clients that conform to the following requirements:

• In operation less than 4 years
• Developing or possess a high-tech or life science related product, process or service
• A for-profit enterprise
• Have a realistic business plan completed or in development
