Semi – private office cubicles and full offices are available.

EDC buildings feature 24/7 swipe card access and on-site security guard stations at the adjacent parking lot.



EDC buildings offer each client company limited no charge parking.

Fully equipped, 350 sf wet labs each having a 6 ft. hood, sink, 20 ft. of lab benches, and glassware and equipment storage cabinets are available.



EDC is adjacent to a child care center.
