YOUTH PROGRAMS

The EDC in a community outreach effort launched two youth entrepreneurship programs. These programs were the Prudential Young Entrepreneur Program, GNBDC and the National Federation for Teaching Entrepreneurship – NFTE Biz Camp
( 13-18 year olds ).

Our primary objective was to leverage EDC’s new business nurturing strengths to help youths interested in learning more about starting their own business. For more information see the above links.

The National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE, pronounced "nifty") is offering a FREE summer camp to students ages 13 - 18 in the Greater Newark, New Jersey area.
